hi everyone

I have to move out of my rented accomodation soon and I am about to undergo a credit check with endsleigh for a new property. My boyfriend has to be checked too and doesnt have any credit probs.
I went through a credit check with atlantis estate agent last time and evrything went through fine but always get nervous they may say no! has anyone used them whilst in an iva?

thanks [:)]

Hi Brunswick,

Sorry I dont recall any posts recently regarding this estate agency, however its more than likely if they credit check you that your IVA will show. The best thing to do would be to be upfront and honest with them. Otherwise could you just put the lease in your boyfriends name and not joint?
