Credit where its due Melanie. I certainly didnt expect such a prompt response and when you consider that chances are hundreds of these letters went out at the same time.

Let's hope that Sandra doesn't get inundated with work like poor Judith at DFD and all the other people who work tirelessly for various firms on here. What i would hate to happen is what happened to Declan who was without doubt an absolute star but sadly because of his workload etc couldn't sustain the communication element on the forum.
I do think that the firms concerned should be looking to improve their communication and make a commitment to ensure that if you need to, you can get in touch or at the very least receive a reply within a given timeframe.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
