I hope that last post doesn't come back to haunt you David!

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

I didnt mean to upset anyone. I just dont want to have to remortgage incase my illness gets worse. People shouldnt be so quick to judge when they dont know all the facts of peoples lives Locko
If you are referring to Kalla's post, then I'm afraid he/she always does tend to post in the negative.
The rest of us quite agree with you, and I hope my IVA will be continuing for the extra 12 months. I shall have to try for a remortgage, but doubt I will get it.

You've got nothing to apologise for Locko. As Jan said if you're referring to Kalla's post s/he is usually very negative so please don't take any notice.
It's perfectly understandable that you don't want to remortgage with your illness, and I really hope you don't get any worse.
I'm not in an IVA, but if I was I can assure you I'd be hoping for negative equity!

This is not a forum to avoid debt but a forum to help people in debt and sort out the appropriate solutions and give moral support to those in financial difficulty.

This thread has now reached the end of it's life, and due to one or two dubious postings, needs locking.
