well we are in yr 5 and cant remortgage. we have a creditors meeting st up for 22/2/10 to see if they all accept a yr 6 .... im worried they may refuse then what ??? in the long run yr 6 better thatn back to a 25 yr term mortgage. just nerve wracking .

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

we also unable to raise equity...so creditors agreed to a further year....not long now
completed july 2011

I'm sure they will accept the extra 12 months payments Molly.
