hi guys
just to let you know we are not going through with f@f.
it was taking to long to sort out and ended up losing are backers .but not to bad about it we are lokking at it in the way of only 3 and a half yrs left.
but i would like to ask you all aquestion pls
if all the debt is in hubbys name,when we have to release the equity at year 5 say it was 30,000 would it be 75%of that or would the 30,000 get split in to 2 so 15,000 mine 15,000 hubbys and he would have to give 75%of his 15,000.
