i have had my property valued and as i said quick sale needed the vendor wrote it all down on a property for sale type form with market value and sale value would this be accepted cheers

cheers for reply i have had 3 valuations done but 2 of them just scribbled the valuation on to a piece of paper getting them to give you a decent written one is a bit of a bark to be honest

It is worth paying for if the valuation avoids a year's extension.
