IF YOU GO BANKRUPT IS THERE A PERCENTAGE NEEDED IN EQUITY AS I WOULDNT HAVE ENOUGH FOR ALL MY CREDITORS

Bankruptcy does not involve you making an offer, it means that your assets vest in a Trustee who then realises them and uses the proceeds to repay your creditors (after firstly meeting the costs of the bankruptcy.
