Hey trogg63, welcome to the forum. Are you able to sell on the business and get out of the lease?

An IVA may be one option for you, but there will be others which might be more suitable, and it is impossible to advice you accurately on this type of forum.

As you are both self-employed, you would need to see an IP on a face to face basis, but I could definately recommend this as being a worthwhile exercise, to give you the ability to find out the advantages, disadvantages and implircaions of all options - as well as to get advice on whether to continue trading or not.
