I lost the lease on my business due to rental arrears, and subsequently that was the end of my business.

As the landlord took possession of the lease/premises due to the rent arrears, is he able to claim them again through my bankruptcy, and should I list him as a creditor?

Also, do I need to list the lease as an asset that was disposed of?

Yes - your landlord will be a creditor in the bankruptcy in respect of unpaid rent and future rental payable until he can find another tenant.

He took the business back on himself, so is not looking for another tenant, but thanks for your reply [:)]

Just mention the fact to the OR when you have the interview. The lease is not an asset which has been disposed of.
