Well done Penniless and well done to Mel's team you are in good hands and i'm sure your IVA experience will be a positive one with such a good IP. I really wish i'd found this site before embarking on my IVA, that said however i'm with DFD who up to now have been very good, the only fly in the ointment is the PPI thing but hopefully that will all be sorted shortly. xx
