Hi everyone,
hope things are going well at this special time of the year.
My question is this;;;;
My usual working hours happen to fall on Xmas Day and Boxing Day this year....
My normally (not so generous employer) does pay triple time for these two days..
My question is: I am currently BR...does the extra pay I will receive
be taken from me.....
This is not a XMAS BONUS,but extra pay for normally worked hours..

Good luck to you and yours

Hi
This will be classed as overtime and the norm is for 50% of it is paid into your IVA.
Have a word with your IP.
Your "junior" title will change as you post more

Hi worrywart

I have just read your post and although i don't know the answer i notice that Andy has maybe thought you are in an iva and you state that you are BR.
Just answered this so you go to the top of the board so maybe someone can clarify the answer for you

Hi Worry, are you subject to an IPA?

And I've been classed as an "IVA Artisan" but:-

a) I'm BR not in an IVA and
b) don't know what an Artisan is!!! Is it curable???!!!

Hi guys,
thanks for your replies.
Yes brassicus, I do have an IPA,but for some
reason, I have yet to pay my first instalment, which was due on 2ndDec, but I have
to wait, till someone contacts me with the
Direct Debit details.
Its good news that I can keep my extra pay,
thanks Andy, and thanks for clarifying my
author status......I have not posted for a while now....so all has become clear.

Thanks again.
Good luck to you and yours

Regards
PJ
