Should be asking the office these questions i know !! [:)]
Do you know roughly the amount of time it takes for a decision on iva applications ? or do they all vary ?

Once your creditors meeting has been called (after giving at least 16 days notice) the decision is normally made on that day, but can be deferred for up to 14 days in the event that there is further negotiation necessary between you and your creditors.
