Hurrah!! That has made my weekend and full marks to your IP for having the guts to challenge the 24 month silly modification. I am personally very pleased with the result, and you should all be delighted.

Excellent news, time to get on with the rest of your life, without any more debt hopefully, and do keep posting. Your post should hopefully give encouragement to all who are in a similar situation.

Good luck and regards.

Still can not believe it.

Big lesson i have learnt money, and how to budget.

I can honestly say i will never take out a visa card or a loan again. Except a mortgage.

Its taught me how to budget and in doing that it will now be good to know in the future all my money is mine.

And in future if i want something i will save up for it, and if am hard presses for money then i will have to go with out, but never again debt.

If no one objects i hope to keep posting on here as i found the experts advice brilliant, but also advice from people like Andy who have actually been through it, and i would love to give a bit back to everyone on here after all the help and support i have had.

James
