Hi we had our full and final proposal excepted yday and are so happy now. Finally I can concentrate on my health and not have an iva over our head. Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who helped give me advice on here. We wouldn't have even thought it was possible to put such a low f and f proposal ( could only get limited money from my husband's dad) and really thought we would have to go bankrupt. Obviously my health circumstances was taken into account. Good luck to everyone on here, wil definately keep looking on here and try and help like u have for us.

It's been a good week - our F&F was finally approved on Monday. I was very numb at first, it is only today really, 5 days later, that it is starting to sink in and we are finally starting to relax a little. Congrats to both of you.

many thanks for all the replies, Debt tired i know exactly how you feel, its only just sinking in now to be honest, congrats to you too. Does anyone know how long it keeps on your credit files for. I've read 6 yrs fro srt of IVA and we started ours in July 2009. Does that mean july 2015 it should be off the credit report checks? or will it be earlier as we finished IVA earlier. To be honest im not fussed as just relieved we are going to be off IVA and its completed but would like to check my credit records when its supposed to be off to make sure it is:)
