Hello,
Can anybody please give me some advice regarding making a full & final offer?
Firstly, how do I go about actually doing it?
Do I need to have a reason for making the offer? I have no reason other than a family member offering me the money to complete the IVA early so I can move nearer a better school for my children when they start.
Does the letter from the family member need to state it's a gift or a loan?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks

Hi Tink and welcome to the forum

You do not need a specific reason, but will need to be offering an amount that gives creditors a similar amount to that they had originally agreed to accept.

The letter from your family member can state that the money is either a gift or a loan, depending on what the terms of it being provided to you actually are.
