I was just emailing as i need help and dont know which way to turn!

On the 25/01 i emailed my caseworker proof and details of my F&F settlement. He said he would do the calculations and then pass these onto my IP and then a creditors meeting will be arranged.

It is now 1month after me sending my initial email and ive not heard anything back...e.g. date of creditors meeting, whether its a good amount. I keep ringing in and keep getting told "the IP hasnt got back to me yet, or she will be in this afternoon when shes in ill ask"

I have a new IP so i am waiting for details on who it is..but i was wondering if there was anything else i could do to speed up the process, them money is sitting there from my parents and all this is just causing stress where its not needed!

HELPPP!!!!

Hi,

Which company are you with?

You could try emailing your IP directly via this link:

IPs are all pretty busy at the moment, but they should be able to give you some idea of how much longer things will take at least to manage your expectations.

Brilliant news and well done, as for repairing your credit rating, not a lot will help until your 6 years is over and the IVA is off your file to be honest, but in the meantime keep your current account in order, if you have a mobile, make sure you pay it on time etc etc

Fab news! Congratulations! Pay your bills on time and keep your account in good order...that's all you can do at the moment. After a while you'll be able to get a 'bad credit' credit card to help build a picture of responsible borrowing. Congrats again x
