Good luck skint...I was told to hang on for my remortgage too as if the F/F failed then i wouldnt need it. But the solicitor kept asking what the hold up was and i darent tell her...i asked my IP if i could tell her and she said yes so i did. She was furious and said this was fraud !!...I gave her my IP's telehone number and she gave her a right roasting....serious my IP was the muts nuts...(thats a compliment...LOL)

Cant wait to hear how it goes. x

I got 1 letter off the solicitor but i rang them and explained the situation and she was very nice. She told me just to keep her updated and we would take it from there.

Ok offer is now in. Variation report finally correct and agreed to offering 3p in the £ less than what is on the IVA aggreement.
I'm quite nervous that this wont be accepted as hubbys offer is for less.
Variation meeting is now going to be arranged. Got everything crossed.
Im a bit of a pecimist so i will be sat worrying now about the outcome.

An offer at less than the original dividend has less chance of accpetance, but may well be still accepted. If you are putting your best offer on the table now, there should be nothing to worry about on the day.
