Me and hubby have been in the process off putting in a F&F with CF over the last couple of months and to our surprise this morning we had our letter drop through onto our mat.....Meeting on the 22nd May!

No idea if our offer will be accepted as we are both offering a couple of thousand lower than what our monthly payments equate too but what will be will be!

Now have to put up with the nerves until the day!

CF seem to be having a good run with F&F offers at the moment, so fingers crossed for you :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I dont think CF would have put it forward if they didnt think it had a chance.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Have they asked for the fees to be increased to 15% as part of the variation?

Thanks all, very nervous about it and the fact we fall short of making an offer based on number of payments due, i think mine would be £5000 and i have offered £3000 and hubby would have been £9000 and he has offered £7000.

Im keeping everything crossed that luck is on our side and if it is i will love my inlaws forever! ( they have offered us the money to hopefully close the iva)

xx

Interesting. I had heard they had been refused in other cases but heard nothing concrete. Thanks for that.
