Im just sending my full and final paperwork off tomorrow morning... just one question...If the offer was rejected, Can you offer f+f again after a certain period, or do you have to do the 5 years??
If main creditors dont bother voting is that considered a yes or a no?

I would just like to say thanks to Melanie,Andy, and everyone else on this site who have helped me over the last year odd. If it wasnt for this site I would have sat there blindly paying into my IVA for 5 years not realising I had any other options.
The last 2 years have been a real learning curve for me ,and when this experience is over, I look to build a life based on reality, not credit card fantasy!!

There is no time limit for making a second offer - but try and make the right one first time round to avoid your credibility being questioned.

Good luck!

Thanks Melanie

My IP seems to be more on the ball nowadays, after a very slow start to getting an IVA.
I have so many things going against my IVA at present(most out of my control) that I hope creditors will realise theres not much point hanging around another 3 and a half years!
