Yessssss got the call from DFD F&F accepted time to start to plan for our future It has been a long 5 years but I have to say that DFD have been great throughout my only gripe with them would be in trying to contact them the length of time they keep you hanging on before they answer on average 45mins but when you do speak to someone they have always dealt with my problem. this F&F offer has only taken 8 weeks from my first enquiry to been accepted. Also once again thank you to everyone who posts on this forum you help & advice as been such a help[8D][8D][8D]
45 minutes? That is outrageous! If you ring here our calls are answered within 3 rings or the answer machine kicks in after 5 if on the rare occasion all lines are tied up.

Great that this is formally tied up -- congratulations!

Yes, that 45 minutes is a bit of a downer though !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
