Finally heard from hubby's IP and our offer was accepted!!!!!! Our original dividend was 33p and our offer was for 33.6p.

To say I am relieved is an understatement! We should hopefully get confirmation by letter in the next day or 2 but I did ask who voted and how it went:

We had 8 debts, 3 with Max Recovery (£23,000), 3 with RBS (£30,000), 1 with Tesco/RBS (£9,000) and 1 with Barclaycard (£850).

Barclaycard didn't vote but the other 2 did vote for acceptance (Max Recovery and RBS) so no rejections!

Unfortunately hubby is away at the moment and I cant even contact him to let him know so I have only got myself to celebrate with [:(]

Thank you to everyone for keeping me sane yesterday. I was told just now that there had been no more votes today so I assume that all the votes were made yesterday and considering it was only Barclaycard that didn't vote, they only had £850 out of the £63,000 it would have been accepted anyway so a little unclear as to why they made us wait another day.
