Hi people, first of all this forum has been a life-send for me. The advice is great.
I submitted a F&F proposal 28th March over the phone with Hanover. The money was kindly offered from a friend on the understanding it was to clear my Iva. The 3rd party’s details/documents were sent in on the 31st. I called a week later to ask if they had received these, due to non response of emails.
I thought I would log this on here to give others the idea of the time scale.

Sorry I forgot to add I offered 100% of the remaining payments, at the time of the proposal

The usual timescale would be around 3 months from start to finish. However, the clock doesn't start ticking until the IP has received everything they require. From that time they are supposed to produce the proposal for agreement within 21 days. Then, when they circulate this to creditors, they need to give 28 days notice of the proposed meeting.

Let's see how they do. Best of luck.

my offer was accepted on the 24th May (though I had to chase it up as nobody bothered to contact me)
I have made the payment today of £8,500. So feeling really happy.
I was advised that the completion certificate would take 10-12 weeks,
so I'll keep that date in mind and update the post

Took a while -- but you have got there in the end. Congrats !
