Hello. I’m looking to send the IVA company a F&F offer. So far I made 32 payments and I have 28 more at 170£ per month. I already spoke with the IVA company and they said the minimum amount should be 4760£. Now I would like to offer them 5000£. Thing is the money comes from my Student maintenance loan. I still have 3 years to study so I won’t have to repay back Student loans until I finish university.
Will that be an issue ? How could I propose this so I know it will have a chance at getting accepted?
