Hi All, it has been 3 weeks since I spoke to my IVA practitioner re my F&F offer/proposal I was told that the draft report would be with me within 2 weeks for review & signature but as yet have not received anything. I chased this morning & no progress has been made, should I be concerned or am I being impatient?!!

On maternity leave now so money is reduced & am obviously concerned about monthly contributions continuining the longer this process is dragged out.

Any advice gratefully received as always.

Thanks [:)]

If your IP has not prepared the variation you should advise that your income has reduced and seek permission to lower or suspend the payments until the variation has been called. There would be plenty of time before you would go into default.

Thanks Michael. I received a call later today saying that the proposal is with the technical team for final review, practitioner assured me that they would chase this up on a daily basis & call me with an update in a week.

I explained re monthly contributions & was advised that everything would be sorted before next contribution is due, I just hope that it is sorted before baby is due which comes before contribution!!
