I'm so pleased for you Parjay - you have more than enough stress at present.

I hope that seeing mine accepted by the proposal from McCambridge Duffy gives you some reassurance. I was told that mine had a reasonable chance of success and all creditors that voted said yes.

Keep posting away if you need a chat, whinge or rant in the coming weeks.

Sounds like you are with a good company. I had the forms back to sign but no date, it was just left blank.

Hopefully hear soon though.

Good luck.

Got everything crossed for parjay - I am sure they think this will be accepted.

Rant all you like - someone will be here to listen.

Parjay - from what I have experienced with McCambridge Duffy, they are completely honest and would not put forward either an IVA they thought had no chance of success nor a variation.

Do they know about your partners depression/ill health? I provided evidence for my f&f that confirmed my health conditions and also my mental health issues. My other half is convinced this helped the creditors to accept the offer. Don't know if that's true at all but I think it's best to provide as much evidence to support the reason why you wish to end the IVA.

There's always someone here for you Parjay even after the IVA has ended. I intend to stay around for as long as I'm able to as I think it will keep me on the straight and narrow when we are debt free.

I would provide any evidence you have to support your case with the offer ..... It may add support to your case !
