Hubby just had a call from IVA company asking if he has recieved the variation report. He explained that he hasnt due to the postal strike. The report has now been emailed to him.
The report states that the dividend will be 26p in the pound instead of 28p. The IP says in his opinion due to the marital problems it is causing, he thinks it is a fair offer.
Is there much chace of this being accepted as it is 2p in the pound less?

Arrrggg, the report is wrong and they are offering £799 more than we will actually have because they havent deducted the set up fees, only the broker fees. Have just emailed them back and informed them.

Sorry I can't help you Mrs Skint, but I saw that no-one had answered your post and I didn't want you to think we're all ignoring you x

Hello Mrs. Skint -

I have just checked the "Standard Conditions" that I received when my IVA was set up. This states that the Supervisor is entitled to an additional £400 / £600 (Individual / Joint) payment for a proposed Variation and an additional £900 / £1200 (Individual / Joint ) payment in the event of the Failure of the arrangement. Maybe an early completion allows the IP to be paid a similar sum?

I dont know the correct answer but have a look at your "Standard Conditions" to see if it is mentioned there.
47 months completed - 13 months to go.

Its all really confusing and to be honest, after todays mistake it looks like the proposed dividend is going to be around 25p in the £ rather than 28. I think i might as well give up on the idea.
