Hi,

As some of you are aware I settled my IVA back in February but unfortunately it still seems to be going through.

I contacted Blair Endersby today and enquired as to why I was still on the Insolvency Register and they told me it stays on there for 6 years regardless which obviously I told them it did not and they need to get there facts right. The bottom line is that although the F & F has been agreed they have still not fully finalised it with the Creditors - I cannot believe that it has taken this long.

I am sure reading other peoples posts and correct me if I am wrong that it does not take that long. Mine was not a complicated IVA believe me.

Your thoughts?

Hi
As you know it comes off the register when it is completed. You need to press them to close this case and to send you your completion certificate.
The IP from B/E may pick your post up and reply shortly

Hi Ray

I would seriously complain after all your hard work maintaining you IVA they treat you in this mannor is unacceplable, as in prev thread my name came off the Ins Reg only 2 days after I recd my completion cert (Wednesday) and only took a month to rec my certificate. My Ip told me all they needed to do was to sort out the accounts such as payments to my creditors which is what they done in a very short time indeed. Are they any experts in here you can ask?

Hi Rayb, Sorry to hear about your difficulties, they really have left you waiting a long time & I presume the money from the F&F is sat with them at their end? Reading what you have said n the length of time does'nt not surprise me.
Im still waiting for my 2nd review report (review done back in feb) n its been 2 months now since my anniversary date.

I think you have every right to be chasing n hounding them now - 4 months is far to long & I bet you really want to put this behind you.

Hope the rep from BE picks up on this n gets it sorted - Good Luck Ray n let us know how you get on.

Thank you MrsKnight. I know there timeframes are terrible for everything. I am not impressed and to be honest I would not recommend them to anyone but that is just my opinion and in hindsight I would of gone with a smaller firm but hey ho when you are in trouble you just want to get the help asap. And yes money is in there bank lol!!!

I will keep you posted and I hope you hear the outcome of your review because obviously you want to know where you stand payment wise.

Im with the same company as you are/were Rayb, Im trying to be patient n wait till next week - which the full 2 months is up n which they are supposed to of reported to creditors/court etc.
I find it difficult to contact them as the experiences Ive had, excluding the last one, have not been very good.

Hi Pandy,

Please dont let our experiences get you down - your only just at the start of your IVA & I wish you lots of luck.
They are one of the largest IVA providers - so many whom dont post will probably be the ones whom have good experiences.
This forum is a support to everyone in an IVA n from many different IVA providers.
My last review was a good one & my last account manager was brilliant, just prior to this I wasn't having good experiences.
Im sure you will be fine n keep checking in with the forum - its been a huge support to me.

Hopefully BE will pick up on this Ray. You should be off the register by now and everything paid to your creditors.

Have you had your completition certificate yet?
