Can Andy perhaps give BE a prompt that one of their clients wishes to contact them?

I had my f+f agreed four weeks ago and was told by B&E that it will take three months to finalise and send my certificate. I have already resigned myself to having to chase them as everything you ever do with this company requires you to do the chasing to get anything resolved they really are terrible in my experience. I really hope that it all just happens and my completion certificate arrives shortly but i doubt it!!

Hi Hawk,

I must admit I agree although some people have had better experiences of them. It just grates my that I want to get on with my life and with BE it seems an eternity to get anything resolved.

Other users on here with different firms have had there F & F concluded within 1/2 months. Oh well will just have to wait [:)]

Hi Rayb

No answer?!?!? You have waited over the 3 month time limit as Hawk said already.
Keep pushing Rayb, its time they let you put this behind you n move on.

Hi All,

Just a little update to say I arrived home yesterday and my Certificate of Completion has finally arrived.

Thank you Blair Endersby and everybody else for posting.

Now I can finally put this to bed and get on with my life - again it has been a long journey but well worth it so to anyone who has just started on that long road - just hang on in there and enjoy the ride [:D]
