Just got my call from GT f&F accepted what a relief, thank you to all that have advised us along the way and thanks to Tenon and GT for getting us there

I can't describe it Kev, things are going to be tight for a few months yet but at least after xmas we can plan ahead, GT said about 6 months for closure, but to be honest i'm not that bothered about sorting out my credit report, cash all the way from now on what we can't afford we don't have

sill got to get a buyer for my flat, so like you money will be tight till sold and iva sum paid across.
Took G/F out for a meal. As a thank you. she a star and would never let me take credit again.
(she a show off pays her c/card off each month.)
