The only time you will have the 14 day extension is if there are modifications which directly affect you or if there are problems with any of the creditors voting (doesn't happen often). Most IVAs are approved and accepted the same day.

Received our draft proposal today.Waiting for my wife to finish work so we can read through it, and then hopefully send it back asap.

Creditors meeting set for the 10th of January. Not a lot more I can do now, so might as well try and enjoy Xmas and then start crossing my fingers in the New Year.

That's a long time to have to wait for a creditors meeting. Good luck in any case, and enjoy the Christmas break. We will have everything crossed for you on 10th Jan, so don't forget to let us know the outcome.

I guess the delay is due to Xmas shutdowns etc. Not ideal but just the way it goes this time of year I suppose.

There shouldn't be any Xmas shutdowns apart from the bank holidays! Well not in my firm in any case!
