T-Mobile gave me a contract whilst in my IVA -- although they have now teamed up with Orange, so it might be different these days.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Usually 3 network is the easiest to get on a monthly plan. You need to check the basics that you are on the voters register etc. good luck x
5 years done and dusted. Certificate received.

I would try getting your phone unlocked - and using something like Giff Gaff - their bundles are really good with unlimited data/phone/text etc for about 12- 20 pounds per month. Your not committed to a certain bundles - and the SIM card is free

3 outright refused me.. I'm sitting tight on EE.

The giff gaff idea is a good one though.
