Hi
Keep trying to contact them,it would be finanacially better for you if you could keep your current IVA live.
If and when they fail your IVA you will be able to try and start a new one

Unfortunately, DFD aren't brilliant at communication.
Look on the insolvency website under "find an IP" and you should find his/hers email address. You could try to email direct to your IP and see if that gets a response.

Good luck

Mrs Skint is being very modest.

Her determination to contact the IP directly led to an acceleration in dealing with the case.

Perhaps an illustration that when dealing with big companies very often the "squeakiest wheel gets the grease".
