just got back my letter back informing me off my failed iva cert of non conformancey not sure whether to go for dmp iva or bankruptcy as i no longer own my house our total debts are mine £9303 wife £5150 joint £5600 i was thinking as you have to have debt of at least £15000 to have a iva i cant go it alone we had a interlocking one before if say i went bankrupt my wifes debt what than be £10650 any advice would be grateful
