Melanie may pick up on this and Melanie's details can also be found in the members section.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi olliesmummy - you can get hold of her via the office number or emailing directly or via the website. Is it anything I can help with?

I enquired into a full and final back in April, since then we are still no further on even though I have provided all the documentation they have asked for. I feel like I am being ignored as every time I try and contact our manager it takes days to get a reply and she is never available to take my calls.

Hi olliesmummy , please be assured that someone from Melanies team will contact you. It probably is of no consolation , but i had an f&f accepted via Mel , and it is not a quick process , which coupled with a large caseload requires patience from all parties.
You are in safe hands , but maybe worth a reminder via email.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
ATB

Hi olliesmum rest assured you will not be being ignored - there must be a reason to explain however I have escalated this to Melanie's Office Manager today to investigate and ensure someone gets back to you today. As everyone knows, we pride ourselves on looking after our clients so I am sorry to read there is an issue. Can you contact me directly off the forum so I can ensure this is followed up for you.

I am pretty easy to contact, and my e-mail address is included in all letters to clients following the acceptance of their IVAs. I am also easily contacted by telephone. I am sorry that I don't recognise you from your forum name - please contact me either by telephone at the office or via my direct e-mail, as the forum is not really the place to be discussing case specific issues.

I find it incredibly difficult to believe that members of my team would be ignoring a client, and rest assured I will fully investigate this matter today.
