Hi Melanie,

As you are probably aware my (and my wife's) Scottish Trust deed will get "protected" status on Tuesday next week providing i get approval from sufficient creditors. I was hoping to get a quick update from Mark (my contact througout the TD process and have been very happy with all of my dealings with him) in your Glasgow office but i find he is on holiday all this week. Do you have any knowledge of how my case is looking?. We both have NR as a creditor and last week Liverpool Victoria told me verbally that they are likely to reject the proposal as the debt was quite recent. If either of them was to object alone it would not stop my TD from becoming protected as the debt is less than 33%.

Any news would be most appreciated.

Thanks Glen

Melanie,

Just ignore the above request....i had a conversation with Maria from the glasgow office and she has updated me. Nothing really to report so will wait until after the weekend.

Thanks,

Glen

Glad to hear that my team north of the border are looking after you Glen - they are a great bunch and Mark is on a well deserved holiday having spent the last two months running around to start up the business. Good luck and fingers crossed for next week!
