Melanie my sister knows nothing about my iva {i;d like to keep it that way}she has a buisness account with the bank but she travels quite a abit so i usually do her running to the bank, problem is she says she wants me to have access to the account so i can check details and things for her when she;s away.Shes talkin about us going to the bank when shes home to organise for me to have access what does this involve,i;m wetting myself as to how to get out of it in case it denies me access because of the situation we;re in then she;ll know theres something wrong.[:I]

You could try suggesting internet banking, with her simply giving you her details and you dealing with things via the internet????

Just tell her it would be far easier for you if you could do her banking online from the comfort of your own home then you are not in and out all the time popping to the bank, especially if you are having a busy day doing your own thing.

I don't think that they would do any form of credit checking on you - if your sister authorises you to have access to the account. But internet banking so that you can both access the account at any time is a far better idea. And even if she did find out about your finances, she is your sister and is going to support you whatever!
