After some now 7 months we finally have a provisional date for our creditors meeting subject to Royal Mail getting our proposal back to our IP by Monday next week,,

At last is seems like someone has changed the light bulb at the end of that ever so long tunnel,, its been blown for a while now !!

Getting nervous now,, only 7 days to go until creditors meeting,, hopefully things are excepted with minimal alterations,it reminds me of when I was waiting for my driving test,
Still in 7 days all being well I might finally see the light at the end of the tunnel...

Best of luck to both of you for your approaching creditors meetings.

Puffa - May I ask why it took 7 months to get your IVA proposal sorted out? It seems like a very long time [:D]

We had a problem with our first IP as they were including non guaranteed overtime in their calculations and basically said we were earning to much money to do an IVA (was at that point doing 80 hours per week) so we changed IP after approx 3 months, so the delay was caused by the IP outfit we first used..

Our creditors are...

Abbey Bank A/C X2 overdrafts
Abbey CC
MBNA cc
Barclaycard
Capital one
Littlewoods
Tesco Finance
Abbey Loan
Studio
Adams Card
Argos Card

The last three crediotrs all being below £700 owing to each

Hope this helps..
