Hello,

I have recently had a variation meeting to accept a lump sum to finish the IVA early. I have had the letter today confirming it has been accepted, I have noticed that it’s also been agreed that the supervisor will get a fee of £300 for arranging the meeting. I wasn’t aware this would be the case, my question is do I have to pay this or is this taken from the final settlement figure?
