Why is it I always get a cold in the summer.. got snotty nose, itchy ears, bad chest and had a sore throat!!

Fit as a lop in winter.. Grr!!

mmm chicken noodle soup.. sounds lovely.. might keep it for lunch though as bit early now[:)]

thanks Viki.. my mam always gave us Ambrosia rice when poorly.. no sympathy just rice[:)]

ITCHY EARS????? I can safely say I have never suffered from itchy ears during a cold. Sunburn yes,a cold no.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Rice pudding......yukky!!!
Chicken noodle soup.......yummy!!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Ang, I know what you mean about the itchy ears! If it's the same as me, it's all internal and you can't do anything about it. It's most unpleasant!

I know what you mean about itchy ears as I get that as well. This is really strange, but when I get a cold I itch under the chin as well...

think I might be starting to get hayfever (or something like that).. eyes are watery and smarting.. nose full.. been taking some allergy tablets but don't no if working!!

40 this month how can I all of a sudden be allergic to pollen.. or whatever starts it!! anyway enough of my moaning:-
