Feel like shouting this from the rooftops - my Full and Final offer was accepted today. A big thanks to GT who managed to turn a no vote from Max Recovery into a yes.. it's a been a long road so far, but finally some light. I will keep reading, and thanks to everyone, even if I hardly posted on here, all your messages are so important. Off to climb Snowdon in celebration tomorrow! ( was going to anyway, but a much nicer feeling now the f an f has been accepted!)

That is great news - very well done to you and your IP, as well as the creditors for what must have been put forward as a very sensible offer of settlement.

I was invited to look around the new building by CIOB whilst they were constructing it but it was too long a day to justify it really.
