Hi,

Just been reading this thread. when i left my old employer on 31 Mar I had several days holiday left over and agreed to take money in lieu. When I phoned my IP and aksed if I need to hand 50% of it over they said no and that I could keep it all.....they have since done a review on me with the payslip showing the payment for holiday not taken and I have absolutely no come back whatsoever.

Sorry I think you may have mis understood what I have said..I should have worded it better...I mean that they have never asked me for any of the money when they did the review either so it was in line with what they told me on the phone.

I have to say my previous post I was going on what Melanie said to me once and again she agrees on forum, I didn't think it should be a windfall
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

i have sent an e-mail directly to my ip at Blair endersby still no reply - my proposal lists 2 ip's so have just sent it to one of them but if i not hear from them soon i will have to resend the e-mail to the other ip!! customer service policy seems to be any extra you get on your normal monthly salary has to have 50% paid over straight away.

Hi Cat,

There Customer Service has improved believe me (I am with them) but you are right when it comes to any increases/ bonus payments they are on to like a shot and will not take no for an answer.

I hope BE pick up on this for you.
