kiska i am so sorry for that, who is your ip? i am going to say to you now forget everything your daughters b'day is more important than anything, not everyone is going to like this, forget about paying debts give your daughter the best b'day ever, what can anyone do to you but shout honey!
pay no one you get no thanks in the end no matter what you try to do , first and foremost your kids come first above anything regardless of what anyone tells you and i believe that give your daughter the best day ever, if you have debts post them here we will give a true valuation of what you need to do, but be patient and listen to honesty
love kerri

Spoke to IP today (Freeman Jones ever heard of them?) she is gonna review the case in the next few days. Ive even manages to change the direct debit date so i can miss this months wage packet but i still pay in june yippee.

Feel a bit better now

its really good to have people to talk to, only my partner and i know about IVA my parents would be horrified.

only a few more years to go hey

you sound so much more positive tonight, good on you, i went BR so have no more debts to worry about, have heard of your ip but don't know too much about them,i told my family and they stood by me all the way, i thought too that they would give me a big lecture but they have been so supportive even bought my car back for me off the OR,keeping my fingers crossed for you everything goes ok and your daughter has a lovely birthday, i said last night about not paying the reason was, i paid up front fees to my ip and had no money at xmas to buy my kids presents, that was the worst feeling in the world and something i will never repeat ever, watching their faces xmas morning and one of them saying have we been naughty this year mummy as santa hasn't brought us very much, that will haunt me forever.
good luck
kerri

i know that feeling, my daughter has a very wealthy dad and its always a struggle to compete-i know i should'nt. i've managed to get her a free phone. she doesn't even know we are struggling and keeps asking why we can't go on holiday yet.

we always teach our kids not to tell lies and what am i doing,...

Brave heart Kiska, love, attention and affection are free and that's the most important thing. I understand that being in an IVA is difficult as budgets are tight, but keep positive and focus on the light at the end of the tunnel that the IVA will ultimately provide.

Kiska its not the amount of presents or even present that counts its your love that is important.
