my ferret has just killed next doors cat can they make me pay for it

They would probably have to go to court to force you to pay, if the judge agrees with the case.
Probably the most unusual question that we have ever had on the forum Gavin !!

but we dont get on and if he can get at me he will and i dont think my ip will let me miss a payment to pay for a cat

Sorry even if serious...is this a necessary post ? It is likely to upset members ...and yes I agree Ferrets should not be allowed out on the loose in my opinion !

it is keep in a hutch out side i dont no how or why the cat got in but it did and if i have to pay for it can i pay for it out of my iva payment and how much are cats

If it isn't serious, then I don't find it funny.

If it is, then you can't put a price on a family pet. Something you have to sort out with your neighbour.
