As said in my last posts, we have made final payment to our extended period ... still not received anything from CF , but mailed them and mailed them !!!
Reply today was from the closures dept ... they are dealing with it . Our file will close on the 30th of Jan , they will then send letter of closure ..
Question ...
We are trying to remember all the things we signed over and things we stopped .. one was , property documents, we had to sign a document so we could not try to sell our property ...
Now ...do Cf deal with reversal of this or is that something we have to put back ???

My pension contributions were halved ...obviously that's an easy one for me to deal with ..

And am I correct with once we receive our closure letter.... Then we apply for credit reports from the 3 majors and see what's on them ..Do we need to see things like ( completed ) on there ??? And if not , then we need to send photo copies to the creditors to then remove ???

Sorry for all the questions , but seems like lots to deal with still ... but on a positive ... no more iva and no more payments ...a very good feeling indeed...it's been a long six years !!!

CF will lodge an RX4 to lift the restriction. But it is a good idea to remind them.

Have a look here for credit file clearing: http://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva-d ... dit-record

Not long now :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Your credit files will start to clean themselves once the 6th anniversary of your iva start date comes around. Until then it is not worth paying out for credit files in my opinion.
