i would think you are worrying over nothing 3 months can easily be added to the end to close the iva or if caught up early even better i for one have a lot of admiration for people who manage to finish an iva over the full term .Some people in iva`s get their terms to run over an extra 12 months due to missed payments and unable to release equity etc So please dont worry have you had any default letters if not your nearlly home BRAVO[:)]

Hi polar

Firstly well done for getting this far in your iva, it would seem ridiculous to fail it for 1 extra missed payment which could easily be tacked on the end.

Surely your IP realises that times are hard at the moment with price rises in most things and the cost of living being so high.

I would phone them and discuss this so you know exactly where you are.

Want to say well done again, as it gives people starting out hope that it is achievable[:D]

Good luck and I hope common sense prevails
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

Emma x

Melanie or Mike,

Do you have a personal email adress for some advice.

Have a letter from my IP with a couple of options for a creditors meeting. I have missed a couple of payments but I am at the 5 year mark.
