Congratulations.

After you have made the lump sum payment the file will go to closures for them to dot the i's and cross the t's, before issuing you with the completion paperwork (final accounts and completion certificate -- which is just a paragraph on an A4 sheet of paper -- totally unremarkable, but so important). Did you have to submit anything else to credit fix after the final amount was paid? Just paid my full and final payment and just wondered what happens next?

They should carry out the usual final accounting and closing down of the IVA. They may do a final review of income during the final year, depending on the timing of your last review.

My last review was feb. I’m worried about them doing a final review as I’m currently furloughed so have no access to my wage slips as it’s a system at work and also I had to change my bank accounts due to payments failing all the time so that one is now closed so I don’t have bank statements. Just feels as though this will never be over.

Creditfix are among the quickest when it comes to completion, so might be a bit more streamlined in that department (or less vigorous).
