Well, we have read,, re-read, & read again our IVA proposal it is all signed along with other documents & I will post it back to Melanie tomorow with our first payment.(sorry for delay Melanie, with friends over the last bank hol) We will be glad to get this process started & we hope our IVA will be accepted because we dont like the alternative of BR.
We both know its going to be a long hard road to complete but we are both committed to doing this & at least pay some money back to our creditors.
We would like to thank publicly, Melanie & her team,, Tina,,Angela & Tom for getting us this far.
This is a great forum & thankyou for all your support during our financial crisis.
Now we just sit & wait for our creditors meeting, & hope it gets approved,, fingers crossed.
Kind Regards, MP

IVA accepted 1st October 2009

It won't be long before your meeting MP once you get those documents back.

You couldn't be with a better team.

Good luck!

Mel doesnt tend to propose something she doesnt think will go the distance so sit back and relax(impossible I know).
You have made a great choice in insolvency firm.

Good luck

Paul
