well its done after putting things off i have completed the online forms and got a court date for the 15 april for br hearing for myself and hubby. i know ive a lon way to go but i feel so much better starting to see an end to all this mess, even if we get payment orders at least we will be getting things sorted.

Taking that first step is great, when you've taken it. I was the same with applying for an IVA. I kept putting it off and when I finally phoned and spoke to someone it was such a relief.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you on the 15th April.
