After what seems like an age, our IP has finally arranged a meeting with the creditors for Oct 5th. They are going to discuss the possibility of a F&F after just 5 months in our IVA due to a change in our circumstance. We are looking to sell up and offer £24k (approx 36p in £). Our original debt was just under £60k.
We have the clause of not being able to change anything in first 24mths also.
Am hoping the credits are going to go with the F&F offer as this will not only leave us debt free but allow us to move to a larger property for our family and pending new child.
Does this sound a viable offer??

Without knowing what you were originally offering it is a little hard to tell, but so long as you are putting the best deal on the table, and your IP puts his/her firm recommendation behind it, you should get the right votes on the day.

Good luck!

Hi beckym,

If you post a few more details about your situation we might be able to advise further but if your IP is putting this offer on the table its because he thinks its a good deal.

Regards,
Michelle P.
