Hope you're ok angelrainbow....I know things seem really tough at times, but just think of those gorgeous girls of yours.

I'm lucky to know you through FB too and you're little angels are something to be proud of! Which I know you are.

You're a fab mum and are so strong for your girls. Just remember to offload now and then to keep your strength up xx

Aww, Old Bessie isn't a bad old girl. She has eveything we need to be cosy! We are off to Worcester to visit my grandparents (90 next month!) and they have only seen my girls a few times so we ae going to suprise them with a visit.

Thanks Julie, I really am very proud of them, the little stunners - although they do drive me potty!

Hi there angelrainbow. I'm so sorry that you've been feeling down and fed up, but at the end of the day you're only human and we all go through stages where we feel as if everything is getting on top of us.

A week away in a caravan sounds fantastic! Just to have a change of scenery and a general break away from the normal everyday routine will do you all the world of good [:)]

Hope you're feeling a bit better about things now. Take care and look after yourself xxx

I hope you all have a lovely week away in your bargain caravan(Old Bessie[:D]).hubby laughs at me for giving my car a name but I told him it's a "woman thing", glad it's not just me[;)] I'm sure you will all have a fabulous time away with that change of scenery...xx

Lol, and the funny thing is Old Bessie will be towed by 'Jude' - she is another eBay bargain..£500 Range Rover, 1992 reg but built to last. She was once used as a limo in saudi and ferried Kiera Knightley around..oh how the m ighty have fallen [:D]

Honestly, you guys are the BEST - I am SO pleased I have come back to the forum.

Daughter's car is called Winston!

Ours is referred to as 'the Skoda'

I have Rex the Fiesta, so called because the registration starts RX55 and I'm not very inventive!

I also had Ferdie the Fiesta, who sadly went to the great garage in the sky when I drove him up the back of an Audi A6! He was followed by Gordon the Golf and I didn't name another car (unless you include the obscene names I called my Corsa!) until I got Rex.

Sally Skoda is a good one DM.

I've never actually named any of our cars.

Ours is just something to get behind the wheel and drive between A and B.

I have always named my cars, I have had Uggy, Benny, Jim, Nelly and Jude (hubby's car) - who really was a star bargain, I could sell her on now and pretty much double what we paid and she only has just over 100K on the clock. Gotta love eBay for nabbing a bargain vehicle!

Off to the auctions soon to get myself another car (Nelly was on a PCP and has gone now, so I have a payment break to get a run around)

Our car will remain without a name.

Never been sentimental about them - I have to like the car I drive but that's about it.

The only cars I've ever been sentimental about are my first car and the one I wrote off - the others are a means of getting me on holiday and to work (in that order!), although I must admit I quite like this car.
